Yup they're file folders and they hang for sure. They seem to be as nice as any I have used in my 50+ years of experience with such things.

I was not pleased with this brand of folders - next time I will get Pendaflex. The cardboard inserts you put in the bottom of the foler did not fit properly and I had to scotch tape them in so they would fit without sliding out.
