I am a Starbucks lover so I took a chance when I bought this coffee. I absolutely love it. I hope it is a permanent addition to the Keurig. I just ordered 2 boxes as part of my smart delivery.

Definitely Smooth has a nice light smooth taste. It doesn’t have the pungent taste of most dark roast. This might be my new coffee. I’ve recommended it to all of my fellow Coffee drinkers.

This is a great coffee, and a great brand! Everyone in our office building loves the coffee - and we have a lot of committed coffee drinkers. This Black-owned company is from my hometown, and they donate 5% back to the community to support youth.

It’s a smooth robust coffee however I still prefer double diamond a lot better it costs about the same but you also get less pods too so the value is not there

Greatly Disappointed

I'm sorry to have to give this coffee such a poor review, especially in light of the coffee company's mission to donate 5% of the proceeds to assist disadvantaged domestic youth. I was excited to try Keurig's new Black & Bold Smoove Operator coffee pods when they first came out. But, I could tell right away when I saw the color of the brewed coffee that it wouldn't be a bold flavor. Then when I tasted it, quite honestly, it tasted like they type of coffee you would get at a Denny's or iHop restaurant. I was surprised by the reviews it did receive. But then I love a bold, rich cup of coffee, so I may be more critical than others because of that.
