Most KCups deliver a weak or bitter flavor. The Blk & Bold Smoove Operator is delicious blend which delivers a good, but not overpowering flavor.

Backed Up My Keurig

I only tasted it once and it tasted more like a lift-medium roast. But, the main reason for this review is that it consistently backed up into my Keurig machine (the last 3 out of 4 times). One of the times I opened it up and the backup pressure caused the hot grinds/water to shoot out towards my face. Didn’t get injured, but I’d pull this product ASAP. I got tired of cleaning out my machine because of these K-cups, so I threw them away. And it’s not my machine as all my other K-cup brands do just fine. Great cause, though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smooth Operator certainly starts my day very ‘smoothly’ with the wonderful smooth flavor of just the right amount of boldness and caramel. It beats all other bold flavor coffee’s hands down. All this with the added benefit of giving back to the community
