I'm really glad I can discover this pen! They're super great! Long story short, I was looking for some SARASA refills (JF-0.5), instead without a second glance, I accidentally bought a JK-0.5, a refill for this pen. Turns out, this is now my favorite pen. Better than SARASA (my past favorite, but it's still good though), on my opinions. My only rant is how fast their refills are relatively aren't cheap, and it runs out pretty fast. But I LOVE IT!

I've been buying the g301 steel gel pen for years on my regular trips to the US, essential as they're always being 'borrowed' by clients and family, but never returned. However refills are poor value as they have ridiculously short writing life. I read about your dry ink development. How will this compare to the existing gel, in write quality, life expectation and price? And when will it be available here in the UK? Jeff S

I love these pens and how they write. My only complaint is that they do not last long at all. I'm lucky if I get a week out of them. Not sure they are worth money or if I will purchase them again.

I LOVE the F301 Gel Pens.

I LOVE the F301 Gel Pens. It's amazing how smooth they are. However they run out of ink so quickly! Mine lasted less than a month. I know gel goes faster than regular ink, but less than a month? Sadly I won't be buying the gel anytime soon unless you put more ink in the refill. I'll stick with the regular F301 for now.

I really like this pen. You don't have to worry too much about it where I'd kind of worry about the rollerball pen even though it doesn't seem to bleed through unless you hold it in one spot for a long time. I have it in black and blue ink and I really like it.

I love the way the pen writes. My main complaints keeping it from receiving all 5 starts is that the ink does run out fast and the plastic part of the barrel breaks way too easy. I work in a sales office but also do warehouse work so I am pretty tough on pens.

I'm in the military and love the G-301 Gel because it lays down ink well, is sturdy, and it fits in the pen sleeves on my uniform so well. HOWEVER! It runs out of ink WAY TO FAST! Reminds me of buying a printer at a reasonable price, and then spending a FORTUNE replacing ink cartridges. C'mon Zebra. If you want me as a loyal customer, make changes to the refills. Otherwise, I'm outta here.

As stated by others, these pens write superbly but do have issues. The ink does run out fairly quickly and even more to my dismay is the lack of strength needed for the plastic barrel/grip to break. I've had three break while in my hand writing. This is the weak part of the pen. You would think with a steel body, the pen would be more durable, but frustratingly that is a no.
