Great pen. Been using the

Great pen. Been using them for years. The barrel is sturdy and holds up well the the steel fabrication environment I work in. Inly issue is the ink only last about a month for me. However there is good news the 0.5mm refills for the G-402 gel pen fit and work perfectly in the G-301. This is great for me because I prefer a finer tip and the 0.5mm refills last much longer than the 0.7mm that come stock with these pens.

I bought for the first time 5 G-301 gel ink pens for my office and they do not work properly. Ink seems to have dried. I tried and tried to write and as I didn´t get good experience, I had to throw the refills out. Is this common?. I will try buying new refills since I can see many good opinions about performance.

No better pen than the G3

No better pen than the G301 ! I read the reviews about them running out of ink quick and they do, I guess it's the price to pay for the quality of the writing it produces and I am happy to pay it. Refills are hard to find and are not much different in price when you do find them from the entire pen, so I have a box of used 301s.

Excellent flow, didn't quit writing until all the ink was gone. Out of ink quickly, but for the quality of writing, I will keep buying the G series pens.

Love the g 301, blue ink,

Love the g 301, blue ink, writes very well, the blue color is strong. However, I can't believe they ran out of ink so quickly. I may buy refills, but as quickly as they run out I might have to keep a few refills on hand.

I absolutely love these pens but they run out of ink so fast. I rated it a 4 only because of the ink problem. Do your executives read these reviews? They all say the same thing. Good grief you have such a winner here but you need to tweak it a bit. Please don't make it big and fat, you have a lot of room in the barrel to expand the cartridge. The grip and overall size is something you should not mess with because that is also part of this pens appeal...

I absolutely love this pen. At my work we use a lot of different colored papers, and the gel ink is the only thing that will write smoothly and with sufficient contrast to be really legible. Unfortunately, the barrel is a little flimsy and the ink runs out too soon. Also, if you drop it on a hard floor with the point out, forget it-get a refill because the point will be ruined. If you would offer the gel ink in the body of your F701 pen with the same large refills as the F701 you'd have a real winner with the industrial crowd!
