I used to spray it as a last step and I do like that, helps makeup stay pretty well and leaves a dewy but not too glossy finish for a while. But even better was when I started to spray it on my makeup tool/on my unblended product on my skin/on my finger before blending. Magic! Makes the product melt into a more skin like finish and has even better staying power I think as the setting spray is more evenly distributed. I use less powder now too so I look less cakey. I bought the mini size which had a good amount of product and I will be purchasing the full size.
