Assembly instructions were all pictures and had no words. It took me a few minutes to figure things out. Assembly was easy overall. The legs were assembled with machined screws. Some screws had a drop of a thread locking glue (or something) which is nice. The shelves are not easily adjustable because the pegs that hold the shelves have to be screwed into the pre-drilled holes. This means that adjusting the shelves will require unscrewing and re-screwing the pegs. Thanks to the delivery man who helped bring the big box into the house instead of leaving it out in the driveway.

I could barely move the box. Nicely reinforced connectors for all but the shelves. One shelf bracket broke immediately. Good instructions and nicely separated tools and hardware. Think one panel was mislabeled. After assembling all discovered shelves could not be installed. Be careful holes line up for middle and outside panels or shelves won’t work. Hard to disassemble to fix.

I am VERY happy with this product. I recently purchased another product from Staples (a 2-shelf bookcase) and was about to purchase a 2nd but I noticed this product. This gave me more space for roughly the same size as my prior purchase. The product came as expected. The quality of the product is great. I really like the metal legs on the bottom. I think it really sets this piece off from other bookcases. My ONLY problem with the product are the assembly instructions. While I was able to assemble the product but biggest problem is that the instructions did not label the front view or back view. The step by step instructions would have you work on the back side but for the next step it did not indicate that you're now working on the front side of the furniture. A simple "Rotate the furniture" text or symbol would have made things a lot easier. It probably took me an hour to assemble the bookcase when it should have only take 30 mins or less. Would I buy it again? YES!

Not happy with this buy too many pieces to put it together and also the materials that this is made of is very cheap they started chipping as I was putting it together. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
