Great pens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are good enough to be competitive with the pens with larger followings. It wrote very well and didn’t “catch” on anything. I write in cursive every day so it’s important for me to find a good pen. I’m please with these.

Writes Beautifully

I do a lot of note taking when on phone calls and also filling in forms so having a pen that I can rely on is important. I get consistent results every time I use it and it does dry quickly so I haven't had any issues with smearing. The bold color makes it easy to read and it never skips when I'm writing.

Fantastic ProGel Pens at Staples

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have you tried the Staples ProGel Pens yet? If you haven't you definitely need to get some of your own! I am a bit of a pen snob when it comes to a good gel pen. The biggest problems I usually encounter are slow drying time smearing when I try to write on different surfaces and cramping in my fingers from having to grip the pen so hard. These pens write smoothly out of the package without having to grip hard due to an ergonomic comfort grip. They also work on different types of surfaces not just paper. The ink dried quickly was smear free on a calendar (and we know that pens usually don't work on those) and also watercolor paper. If you love to doodle like I do these pens are a must have. I

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a busy mom who can only keep track of life’s everyday tasks by making endless to-do lists having a great quality pen is extremely important to me. I have a car pen a purse pen multiple desk pens and a pen in just about every room of my home. Everyone has their favorite pen… the “good”pen the one you want to use for signing birthday cards writing in your planner or signing a permission slip. This pen right here is my favorite. The weight is in between light and heavy creating that perfect balance for smooth pen strokes. And while we’re on the topic of pen strokes this pen glides like a dream and dries instantly leaving no traces behind when your hand glides across it. It has instantly become my car pen my purse pen and my birthday card go to. I feel confident knowing that every time I pick this pen up I’m going to write beautifully with comfort and ease. It makes safe to say I am beyond impressed!

No smear pen great for Lefties

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens actually live up to their description on the packaging. I was so excited to try them I didn’t even get a picture of the package before I ripped into it and took a pen to try it on everything. The package boasts “Ultra-smooth Quick dry Long-lasting” and I would have to say I agree with every one of these. There were no breaks in the writing any time I wrote with the pens (and I tried them all not just one). The ink was consistent and did not blotch up. The ink dried so quickly; these would be great pens for Lefties! I usually prefer my pens with a finer point but for 0.7 this is a superior pen. You can move the pen a bit slower to create a thicker line or vice versa for a thinner line. Still with no globs or splotches! The pen is easy to hold in multiple hand positions- very comfortable as well. I tested it on several types of paper and tape and it wrote clearly on everything! I definitely recommend this pen for quick note-taking left- or right-handed people and lengthy writing since the ink lasts and is so smooth.

Just as good as leading brands

Generic brand gel pens are typically less consistently smooth and inky as the more expensive brands. But the Staples brand has exceeded my expectations. I can write large portions in my notebook without the ink skipping. The dry time is also quite fast and I have not experienced smudging. The pen has a bit of cushion in its grip which is comfortable. Overall I highly recommend these pens.

Fast drying Smooth and Easy on the hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing pen! It has a super comfortable grip and writes so smoothly with such natural pressure. I am a frequent journaler and pretty picky about pens. I was getting tired of a lot of my other pens because with so much required pressure to write I find I can’t fully write out my thoughts. This pen makes it easy for long journaling sessions it writes smooth it dries fast and doesn’t smudge. Also I had no issues with blotting or no ink flow. It was all very very smooth. I was impressed that even on slick magazine paper it dried fast (about five seconds) and never smudged. Ultra impressed when my toddler used it to draw on a plastic toy I can’t believe it even wrote on that surface! I will definitely get more of these if they come in different colors and thicknesses.
