Great Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 1.0 pen and it writes bold and smooth. I have experienced smearing in other gel pens. This one is crisp and does not smear even right after writing. This is a big deal because the way I hold my pen my hand almost always makes it smear. That is a big win. It is comfortable to hold and rubber grip is perfect.

Great Pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples ProGel Retractable Gel Pen are so comfortable to write with. This pen writes so nicely and I don’t have to apply much pressure. The red ink is very pigmented. This pen is one of my favorite to use now and will continue to use it for note taking. I like that the ink dries quickly and doesn’t smear. It’s a great pen!

Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Staples ProGel retractable gel pen (red ink) is my favorite writing pen for everyday use. I use it daily at work because the ink writes smoothly and cleanly and does not smudge. I keep the pen in my pocket and the retractable feature stops the pen from leaking which is a must! The comfortable grip makes it easy to write with and the ink quality is excellent and vibrant. I really like the clip on the pen which makes it easy to keep handy on my pocket. It is a high quality writing pen and I highly recommend it!!

Just may become a writter

With having arthritis and most likely some sensory issues I am beyond picky in the instruments I choose to write with. Given my recent experience with this ProGel 1.0 mm pen though I Just may become a writer. The ProGel fits in my hand nicely and allows for a secure grip without feeling overly bulky. It is a nice weight and rest comfortably! The gel ink flows smoothly with no sounds of scratching on the paper or the sensation of pulling that I have felt with others. The lines are thick and legible! Due to my limited dexterity my hand is prone drag is terribly and I have ruined a few papers with smudging or ink drags. This gel ink dries fast does not bleed through and has not smudged once. I have tried this pen on my most sensitive papers (bible pages) and on the dreaded rough faced construction paper. It did not rip the fine paper and it handled the paper fibers of the construction paper like a pro!

Smooth writing experience with vivid ink

The ink lays down well on paper and dries quickly with no smudging. The blue ink is vivid and dark and as a left-handed person it does not smear as I write across the page. A great option for a precise smooth writing experience.

Better than the old fave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pens despite doing a lot of computer work and I absolutely love a bold rich gel pen. I used to have an old go-to brand but when using the 1.0’s I’ve noticed the quality decrease with lots of leaking and smudging. I was skeptical of a store brand though until I tried these. Honestly they are way better- very little smudging and no inkey fingers afterwards. Smooth bold lines. The grip is even a little more comfortable with the triangular design. I can say I’ll be switching out my pen cup for more of these!

Love the way these write

This pen writes so smooth and actually makes my handwriting look nicer. It glides with ease and dries quick. The look of the pen is classic and neat. I love the way it writes and will be getting these in other colors. I highly recommend.

Smooth and silky makes writing a pleasure
