[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens are great - except that they fail to fulfill the primary role of a pen - which is to write. Pros - these pens are so comfortable and have the best grip I’ve ever used. When I got the first one out of the box I was impressed. Cons - once I started writing it was immediately apparent that the ink was having a hard time flowing. It happens with pens when they’re brand new so I stuck it out thinking that this would work itself out. It didn’t. The ink flow was maybe 40% of what I would have expected. Even after writing for 2-3 days in my journal no improvement. I attempted to write with 2 additional pens from the box with the same issues. I gave up. Bottom line - if the ink cartridge issue was fixed these would be great. 👍

Pens That Do Not Pen Very Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grip and weight of these pens are comfortable and would be easy to write with. I take a lot of hand written notes and the tip is too fine. The flow of the ink is so low that the writing is faint and hard to read on many different types of papers. These are a pass for me. I’d share a picture but you would t see it :-/

These Pens Do Not Dry Out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pens are amazing! The ink truly flows right out of them like good ball point pens. I left them out for other parents to use at our daycare to sign cards for teacher appreciation week. A few were left out and I was afraid they had dried up - nope! They still worked beautifully. I’ll definitely be stashing these in my work bag and around the house for when I need a good black pen on hand.

Great fine pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples ProGel retractable gel pens were fantastic and great to use! I love the fine print and its gel was actually very fast to dry so I never had any smears. The retractable functions of the pens are very smooth never have an issue so far of the pens not coming out or retracting. The pens also has a clip that you can clip the pen onto papers shirt or pants pockets or the front of a polo shirt. Overall a great pen to use!

I love using them to jot down cute little notes for my bestie—seriously they make everything look adorable. The ink flows perfectly no skipping and the colors pop just right. Definitely a must-have for anyone who loves adding a little flair to their handwriting!

The fine point is perfect and easy to write with. I enjoy writing with these pens. I love it when I find the perfect pen and I think these are it. I would highly recommend these pens. I use them everyday at work.

Feels like ballpoint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a notary I was looking forward to trying a new fine tip gel pen. However these staples ones disappointed. The reason I get gel is because they basically do the work for me where the ink simply glides and it relieves the pressure off of my wrists. These pens I have to press hard and feels dry like a ballpoint. The pen itself is sturdy and comfortable to hold.
