Not sure what the reason was, but my order of 6 boxes of coffee was shipped with just one box, so I was MISSING 5 boxes from the order. Calling customer service was also less than stellar. After providing my order number, the rep requested my email address, which they kept misspelling and caused an issue and eventually the rep just hung up on me, claiming she couldn't hear me. Upon calling back, I had a similar experience, but not as bad as with the first rep. Eventually things got corrected and the missing boxes were shipped and recieved. I did cancel my auto-ship feature because I don't care to have this same experience occur again in the future. I will just go to the grocery store to make my purchase or order from another website that is more reliable.
This is not one that we enjoyed. If you like more of a dark Smokey flavor or more of a slightly burnt coffee flavor, you will probably enjoy this coffee.
