Tastes burnt; typical Folgers.

Has strong burnt taste. Needs sugar/creamer to make it enjoyable. I used to brew Folgers for my regular cups of coffee until we bought a Keurig. Since then whenever I've drunk it, it has tasted burnt and bitter to me and I've blamed it on the people brewing or it sitting too long in the pot, etc. After trying this, I realize that's just normal for Folgers. Can't believe I used to like this stuff. For reference, K-Cups I like are: Vermont Country Blend, Dark Magic, Original Donut Shop, Sumatran. If I can love it black, it's a great coffee, and this is not it.
Pros: Pleasing Aroma
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great straight coffee

One of the best 'regular' coffee around. When I just want straight coffee with no artificial flavoring I head for Folgers!
Pros: Pleasing Aroma, Exceptional/Interesting Flavor, Pleasing Roast, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste

THIS COFFEE HAS A SMOOTH FLAVOR. IT IS FAR BETTER THAN THE FREEZE DRIED COFFEES MY WIFE PREVIOUSLY DRANK, AND SHE LIKES IT.
