Can't be coffee

Last week I bought a 12 pack of Folger's Classic Roast to try. These are the K-Cups version. I brewed the first cup...and there was no coffee smell. I thought it was a K cup, so I brewed a second cup. Again no coffee smell. Then I tried drinking the brew and there is no taste whatsoever. Years ago Folgers was my coffee of choice, but no longer. Can't get over the fact that there was no taste and all it was is dark brown horrible water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

getting awake each morning

I set the coffee pot each night, then the alarm wakes me up, I walk into the kitchen and get a cup of Folgers and take a sip, and right after that very first sip, the eyes open up and I am awake!
