Stong and Bitter

We found this tea very strong and bitter, with a licorice taste that we don't like. If I throw the first brewed cup out, and brew another using the same K-cup, it is more bearable. I do not like tea so strong that it looks like coffee. Tea should be a little more transparent.
Pros: Aromatic, Unique Flavor Profile
Cons: Too strong, Bitter

The product name "India Spice Chai" evokes a warm bodied nicely spiced with hint of citrus. This is not the case with this product. We've tried 3 out of 24 pods; it does not live up to the name. The remaining 21 pods will go to the trash bin.
