The folder are fine. They could be a tad sturdier but they worked out just fine.

Not the greatest. They are not as deep as most so they do not hold very much. I guess you get what you pay for

Although hanging files don't seem like an important part of a business they are vital for my day to day operations. With these particular hanging files I have not and any issues. Thy are very reliable and have not faltered. I have used other brands in the past and noticed that the hanging bar has come detached from the folder and slides back and forth making what should be an easy filing job turn into a nightmare trying to finagle a detaching folder with one hand while not loosing you're place in the drawer with your other hand. With the Staples 100% Reinforced Hanging File Folders I have never run into this issue and it has made my daily filing run much smoother.
