I love pen to paper so I am absolutely a pen hoarder. This is my absolute favorite pen I've ever used. I am always searching for the best of the best ink pens and these are it. I no longer will ever buy another ink pen so staples please do not discontinue these amazing pens. I stocked up on blue and black pens.

Smooth bright ink

Hi these pens come out of the box with a glob of dried ink that you need to clear and then scribble a bit to get the ink flowing. After that they write smoothly. The guy on Staples Chat told me the ink was permanent but it can smear a little when wet. Grip is not so comfortable; I would not use this for a long time in one sitting. Love that the blue ink is bright--great for circling or annotating items of interest in newspapers or printouts.
