Twinings Lemon Ginger is a daily favorite tea. These pods are a convenient way to access the wonderful flavor, of course the best is real lemon & real diced ginger tea. Still this is a great product.

I don’t like to post a bad review and my rating is simply about the taste. I love ginger. It is my go to drink but this was WAY TOO strong. burned going down. Tried a second cup and could not finish it. Sorry, i can't rate the benefits
