All my files are organized by colors. Even using two colors you can alternate them for easier visual location.

I really like using the colored hanging folders to easily identify each client's folders in my filing cabinets by using a different color for each client.

I USE COLOR TO SEPARATE HEADINGS WHAT A WAY TO GO. ORGANIZED WITH COLOR HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. I WISH MORE COLORS WERE AVAILABLE BY THIS SAME MANUFACTURER. ESPECIALLY PASTEL COLORS.
