Hanging files work as intended but by adding their colors to the file system we get an added bonus of visualization where we can set aside banking and kids school forms medical forms and so on by color coding. Couple this with their own colored file folders and you have a very effective organized system one that catches the eye when you open a file drawer. Get all the mail off your table and allow for a clean desk top and a very organized desk drawer: we also added a paper shredded to keep confidential documents from wandering too far from the drawer.
