It was a pleasure shopping at Staples. From the time we entered the store we were greeted and helped with our purchase of a file cabinet. Thomas was extremely professional friendly and helpful. We are in our mid to late 70's and Thomas made sure our needs were taken care of such as putting the file cabinet in a cart and taking out and putting it in the car. Saving us a lot of lifting and aches and pains. It was a pleasure having someone who cared so much and showed interest in their job and making customers happy. Smiles and kind words are very important and Thomas has both.
