This is a very strong coffee. If you like strong coffee, buy it, but if you don't like strong coffee, this isn't for you. I had a real problem that this coffee is so strong that it leaves a residual in my coffee machine that is very hard to get out. I did an 8oz water rinse, then I did a Rinse Pod, then I ran several more water rinse through the machine. It took a long time before my other coffees tasted normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
