I just got my Keurig 2.0 K-300 today and the first one I tried was the Green Mountain HazelNut K-Cup and I put milk and sugar in it and it was delicious! Has a great smooth taste! Has a light medium roast, not too strong. Great coffee overall.
I got my Keurig 2.0 K-350 today and couldn't wait to try my first cup of coffee and I chose the Green Mountain HazelNut K-Cup. The first thing I noticed was a beautifully smooth & creamy aroma of hazelnut! The taste was smooth with a medium-bodied thickness. My thought was that it was quite delicious the way it was but I also tried it with creamer and sugar which made the hazelnut flavor even richer. I would drink it either way! The only thing I noticed that I'm wondering about is.....I opened the k-cup the rest of the way before tossing and saw that the coffee grounds at the top of the cup didn't appear to be wet. Not sure if the heat dried the grounds at the top or if they didn't get submersed in the water. Coffee was great though.
Pros: Not Bitter, Pleasing Aroma, Attractive Mouthfeel/Body, Smooth Taste
I asked my friends what flavor they thought the Hazelnut coffee was without letting them know and they said 'hot water'. No flavor, waste of time. Bummed out. + I had 24 of them. Tossed 'em.
