Bad batch?

We just got a box of this coffee last week. Without exception, grounds from every pod have been blown into the cup. Lots of grounds. We have enjoyed this coffee in the past and have not had this issue. Prior to this last purchase I would have rated this coffee a 4.
Not sure if we just got a bad lot or if there has been some production/design change. I'm asking for a refund.

I just bought a Keurig and this is my 2cd flavor to try (The Vermont coffee is excellent). It just tasted like hot water without much flavor at all. I will make sure to only buy medium or dark roasts if this is what the light roasts are like.
