A clerk was very involved in solving an issue for the person in front of me in line. After some time She asked I’d I was there just to have papers shredded. She pointed me to the scale and when the weight of the paper was under 2 pounds she wished me a great day and said there was no charge . She did this while still resolving the matter for the client in front of me.

I noticed some give in the screw in for the tip; I tightened it but the give is still there. Not worth my $$$ except for it fitting in the stylus slot on my IPAD case...

Tips do not last. We are down too fast or begins to fall out of the tip. Expensive so shouldn't be happening this fast

I love the product because there is no mistake in your finger hitting the wrong keys ( unless you’re not watching where you place the stylus). Using it saves time no more correcting wrong spelling. The only thing I dislike about the product : after using it a while the nub becomes loose..unscrewed . you have to be aware if it falls off to find it. I highly recommend this product

I am unhappy because I initially liked this stylus. Within weeks the tip fell out. I found it the first time this happened and saw that it screwed into the stylus. I was not lucky the next time and replacement tips are not available.
