Some of the tab slots were not completely cut. You have to look at them to make sure the ones you want to use are not uncut.

Took some investigation to figure out how to attach the top tabs. Would have been nice to know that paper inserts were included. But as for as quality. Exactly what I was expecting. Durable well made and with lasting thickness of paper used for the folders.
