If you overload them the metal hanger seperates from the folder itself

The tab paper is really thin and the perforations are crummy.

I like the tabs on these way better than the 1/5 cut tabs which were so flimsy and hard to use. These are thicker plastic tabs that are shaped better for inserting. Also the folders themselves are pretty sturdy. We've bought these before and will again.
