The colors of these file folders are quite helpful in organizing categories of files. Another big advantage is that the files do not have the typical "file folder odor" that some brands have.

Have 5 different colors is genius. I have color coated all our bussiness files and worksheets. I save some much time NOT looking for the right folder. Open the file cabnet & you know what color you are looking for. Can't get enough of this product. I took this system to my personal life to. thank you Staples!

while the hanging files are typical files the vinyl file rack i purchased with the hanging files is EXCELLANT!!!!! easy to assemble and fits perfectly in the bottom/big desk drawer.
