Hanging Tough

Using hanging files folders allows me to separate and label different subjects. They are thin giving me the ability to use several hanging files that I can get to easily since they slid on the metal sides of my file drawer. They are constructed well and the plastic labels that attach on the top fit securely. There is enough space on the label to print with a black pen or marker which makes finding what I am looking for easy to locate without using my glasses which is great. This simple tool helped organize information and access it easily.

Staples brand quality folders at a great affordable price. Color variety adds a splash of style to what would be otherwise boring "army green" organization. Wonderful for organizing important documents in a hanging folder file box system. Delivered in a timely fashion packed well and received in excellent condition! Have ordered several Staples brand products in lieu of popular brand name items and have never been one bit disappointed in overall quality and performance. I highly recommend this product!

The folders are fine and good value for the price. The plastic label tabs seem a bit cheap and don't hold the label card very well. I had some cards slip in the tab. Also the ones in my box were clear compared to the colored ones which come in the more expensive leading brand box.

Because these visually separate they are easy to pull for use then placed back without struggling to find it's specific place.

Organizing by color

Easy to assign categories to each color. I also like the fact that I bought these hanging file folders with the Staples special 15% off promotion. I like Staples promotions and try to take advantage of them. I also like the Staples Rewards program which saves me Dollars in the long run. Staples fast and easy checkout saves me time. Another time saver is the Staples staff members whose merchandise knowledge can lead you to any item you're looking for in the store and they do it with a smile.
