Staples Colored Hanging File Folders

I bought these for the fact that they were cheaper than the others Staples had. I bought them for the colors as well. I've used them to sort my files by the color: one color for household files another color for expense files and another color for car repair files Income tax files etc. They work just as well as the more expensive file folders. The only issue I had with them was that they didn't come in a 15 count box as I didn't need the 25 count box that I had to buy anyway in order to have enough for what I needed.

These are great hanging file folders just wish there were more than 25 in a box but then again they are in colors so...and I love the color scheme colors from the rainbow. PERFECT!

Not What I Expected

I selected this particular item to coordinate with my existing files purchased in a Staples retail store several years ago. As the retail store in my town is closing soon and inventory levels are declining I decided to order more folders online. Unfortunately I have two issues with these folders: 1) They are not as sturdy as the ones previously purchased; and 2) The colors are quite different from those in the website photo. The folders which I received more closely resemble the picture for item #521245 not #875411. Consequently I am very disappointed. These colors do not fit well with my existing filing system.

Bought these to help my father get his financial house in order and clean up his filing miseries. I love how the tabs can be staggered so you can quickly find the one you are searching for when filing.

The colored hanging folders are sturdy and fit perfectly into the portable plastic folder where I use them to store my genealogy info that needs to be filed. Using different colors makes it easier to see the names on the labels. The plastic name holders fit easily into the slots on the top inside of the folders and can be placed either in front or in the back of the folder. Best of all the price is right as was the price on the portable file box that I use to store the folders. I'll get more as I need them. Sincerely Gloria Jacobson

I love the idea of the colors so that I can file papers and color code them for easy access. I am a school teacher and I have to be organized to survive. The files are sturdy and I would purchase them again.
