These hanging folders save me an immense amount of time in filing and bookkeeping. It is coming to the close of the year and having these labeled in conjunction with the file jackets that are in them saves a huge amount of time. At the end of the year I pull the file jackets and put new labeled ones for next year. I also don't have to struggle to get files to stand up in the file cabinet. These hanging folders allow free movement and they also move apart easily to get to a specific file. They help keep everything organized.

I really like the colored hanging folders. They help me sort out my files so I can use a color for each type of paperwork such as medical information insurance information household expenses etc.

For years I used the green hanging files at work. I thought since this was a personal purchase not work related colored folders would help me be organized. I will use these in the file box I purchased also from Staples.

i LOVE THESE FOLDERS.. i HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS AND I LIKE THE COLORED FOLDERS AS OPPOSED TO THE PLAIN GREEN FOLDERS. i FIND THAT THEY ARE EASIER TO FIND THINGS WHEN I AM LOOKING FOR BUSINESS THINGS AND I ALSO LIKE TO CARRY THEM AROUND WITH ME WHEN I AM ON BUSINESS OR AT A BUSINESS MEETING. I ALSO USE THEM LIKE A DAYTIMER WHERE I PICK OUT 7 DIFFERENT COLORS AND USE ONE EACH DAY TO ORGANIZE MY DAY.. I PRINT OUT A SHEET AND DO MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND THEN I REROUTE THEM STARTING OVER THE NEXT WEEK.
