Be careful.... not all 8.5 x 11 file boxes from other stores work... narrower guide rails jam hanging files...no warning by Staples or other stores Don't stuff too much weight in one... over time the glue comes undone at the fold over the hanging bar.

Have 5 different colors is genius. I have color coated all our bussiness files and worksheets. I save some much time NOT looking for the right folder. Open the file cabnet & you know what color you are looking for. Can't get enough of this product. I took this system to my personal life to. thank you Staples!

I like the fact that I could sort my files by color making viewing what I need much quicker. Yes I have used colored file folders but you can only put so much in them. As an insurance agent this gives me the change to file by client type and plan type within that clients portfolio

Colorful file folders

I am in the process of organizing many years of helpful information. The colors will be my main categories and then folders within each color will be for subcategories. Instead of dreading this large task I am looking forward to seeing the end product and hopefully always knowing exactly where everything is filed.

The 5 color hanging folders are a convenient way for me to track my kids paperwork for Dr appt school etc. and it was a bonus to find them on sale.
