Folders are right for letter size items. They hang from the file cabinet rack and are easy to look through and find what you need.

This file folders are thick and do not get ripped folded or torn. The manila folders often do Plus if I have sub folders I can color code i.e. Company credit card receipts the subs would be each cardholder.
