I am using this product to organize my personal papers receipts etc. The many colors makes it easy for me to categorize my files not to mention the cheerfulness of the many colors.

I prefer the colored hanging files because they are easy to sort reference material. We have our genealogy files in various colors coded for different wings of the family. They're great - strong and durable as well as colorful!
