I use the colored folders to separate my 2 businesses personal and an estate that I manage. All the related files for each entity are very easy to keep organized this way with no confusion about which entity I am filing in.

Nice and easy to use they hold up very well with large amounts of documents in each. I use these in the clear plastic boxes to store my important documents and they work great. In ones with mortgage papers in the them I have almost 3 inches worth of papers in there and they don't rip or tear. Can't beat it especially for the price

I used the product to organize the various components of the college level lessons that I teach. Now each subtopic is color coded for ease in finding it during the next academic year.
