I use these in a file box to carry around resources. I work in a school system and these files help me stay organized as well as being able to retrieve information quickly. The different colors help me to categorize my materials.

I use this in my personal file cabinets for bills stationery correspondence greeting cards...sometimes the amount of stuff in the hanging folder gets a bit heavy and bulky..I expect the metal hanger and cardboard to support the extra bulk and so far they have performed well
