Nice coffee with substance! Not too strong, but just right. A little stronger than the Veranda roast, but not bitter. Loved it!

I love Starbucks! That being said, I was so glad when Keurig came out with the Starbucks K-Cups. My favorite blend of Starbucks coffee is Pike Place, so of course the Pike Place Blend K-Cup is terrific. This is the coffee that made Starbucks famous, if I'm not mistaken. The K-Cup holds true to the coffee you get at Starbucks!

When I go to Starbucks I don't go for the fancy brews, I just ask for my usual Pikes. I do take my coffee black but occasionally add cream and sugar when I feel like sitting and sipping my coffee leisurely. I finally decided to get myself a Keurig and was disappointed by all the fancy titles... the "Donut Shops" and "jet fuels"... They all tasted like mud, until Starbucks started joining the fray and then GOLD! Pikes Place Roast in a K-Cup pod! WOW! Now I can enjoy this anytime of the day and since my office has a Keurig as well, I am making sure that I have PIKES or Verona in stock. Good as is but even better with cream and sugar (or milk if you prefer). I have a frothing machine at home and this just made my Keurig ownership even better!

Everyone should try this coffee. I can not believe I went this long without trying it. I LOVE this coffee. When you buy this you will not be disappointed. This is my favorite coffee now & can not wait to have friends & relatives try this. Great job Starbucks!!!!

Great "Wake Me Up in The Morning" Coffee

This is my favorite Starbuck coffee by far. Has all that I need in the morning, and great pick me up in the afternoon.

I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I like coffee and drink it every day. Pike Place is my favorite Starbucks coffee except for some occasional "Black Apron' coffees. After reading the reviews, it's apparent to me that we all have different tastes and preferences. To recommend a coffee (a single origin or a blend) to anyone seems pointless because what you like and dislike may be just the opposite with another person. Drink what you like and enjoy it. I like Pike!

Best coffee ever!

I was absolutely surprised at how exceptional this coffee is! I have been drinking coffee since I was 6 years old (yes!) and I am now 58. I have been going from coffee to coffee since my late teens and have never been happy with them. Weak, strong, flat, strong acid, just blah. I finally caved and bought a Keurig and got a little box of sample pods. One was a Pike Place and I couldn't believe my good fortune at actually LOVING what I just swallowed from the cup in my hands! I always add cream to my cups and it is richer and I use the medium cup size. Pike Place is extremely flavorable, aromatic, smooth, rich, low acidity, and you are sorry when the cup is empty. So I make another cup and I am even happier! I am in love and have ordered MANY boxes. I'm afraid to run out now....hope never, ever. When I first wake up in the morning I remember my new coffee and can't get downstairs fast enough :) I highly recommend you try this wonderful, enjoyable coffee. I think you'll like it. Just leave me some boxes in stock so I can order more.
