Pike Place is a go to for me. This was what I first liked about Starbucks. It is a very nice, easy going morning first cup, a great first cup at work, a good post-lunch coma time pick me up, and in general great for most of what I need. It has an even, full-bodied flavor, not too dark or harsh or bitter or acid, flavorful without being aggressive or overbearing. I like it a lot
