We do auto ship with Keurig and accidentally got sent the decaf. version of this coffee. We called Keurig and they made it right by shipping the correct coffee. The coffe is excellent which is why we order it on auto ship.
The coffee pot is great, love it, but the carafe has a seam under the spout and when I brew 12 cups of coffee on about the second pot the seam opens and coffee goes all over the place. I am on my 4th carafe they keep sending me a replacement. It won't stop until the design is fixed.
