Cup design change?

When I received my last order a few weeks ago, the batch I received had a cup design change. I don't mean cosmetically...I am talking the way it brews is so much slower. Almost to the point my machine struggles to push the water through it. I've been buying these for years...and I must say this a huge disappointment. The coffee flavor is the same...the cup is horrible! Keurig (and/or Starbucks)...and plans to back this design out?
