Bad tea bags

I buy your tea all the time just bought4 boxes 2 were passion and two were vanilla bean macaron box looks good out side wrapper is good but the tea bags are all sticky and the tag is stuck to the bag when you pull the tag up the bag breaks

Great taste! But beware

Really yummy flavor!
But to those sensitive to caffeine like me, beware! I still felt anxious and heart racing. The box says caffeine free and online says decaffeinated. Both two different things. Theres definitely small traces of caffeine enough to affect sensitive people like me :(

Sticky tags

I bought 2 boxes because we use this tea to make ice tea and my kids LOVE it. EVERY STINKING TAG was stuck and even when I tried to be super careful and pull it off they still tore the bag!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the tea. But can’t brew bc the tag tears the teabag every time without fail.

Sticky teabags

I've been a fan of Tazo teas for many years, but recently I opened a box of Passion tea and found that the teabags were sticky and stuck to the outer covering. I thought it was just this one box, but see that others have the same complaint. VERY disappointed. Please fix.

Wasted my money

We were excited to try this flavor. When we opened the first bag the teabag appeared wet and the tag was stuck to it. When trying to pull the tag off it ripped open the bag. We thought something must’ve happened at the store, so we tried more. The entire box was like that. None were salvageable.

Delicious but...

I love this tea hot in the mornings at work. Very tastey! My one complaint would be the same as everyone else it seems... the bags are sticky. You have to be extremely carful opening the pouch not to rip the bag. You also have to be very careful not to rip the bag when taking the string tab off, thats how I ripped my first bag. Resolve this issue and the tea is 5 stars all around.
