Empty Tea Bags inside

I bought this just a week back. Tea flavor is my favorite but Terrible Packaging and Quality. In one box more than half of the bags are empty. I see many reviews on quality in packaging going 2 years back. I was hoping they should have resolve the issue but it is still same. Look like customer service is based on Luck... If you are lucky you get good quality otherwise it is waste of money and cheating...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this tea!!! Just wish it was still available in gallon-size. It was certainly more cost effective than having to tie 7 little tea bags together. I'll do what I have to do though to make my TAZO Passion Iced Tea :)

My all-time favorite tea. Period!

I‘ve been drinking this tea for about 3 years, and still love it. Tazo is my favorite brand because their teas have the best flavor profiles and are the freshest tasting of all the herbal teas I’ve tried over the years. Passion is the flavor my family and I enjoy most, especially as a cold/iced tea. It’s hot and humid most of the year where we live, so cold Passion tea is the most refreshing and delicious tea for us. I make a gallon at a time and like to sweeten it with Stevia.
I no longer can find it locally in stores, which is really disappointing. I’d LOVE for it to be sold in larger quantities per box for a bit lower price. The quality is superb, and with making 2 or 3 gallons per week, I go through 2 boxes a week.
I’ve seen other reviews mention the problem of the paper tag sticking to the bag causing the bag to tear when trying to separate them. Some reviews have utterly disparaged the quality of the tea for this. I’ve had the same issue, where it appears that perhaps some humidity affected the packaging. But a simple fix is to just dampen the area with a little water, or steam from your teapot of boiling water right before brewing, and the tag lifts away from the bag easily. No big deal. Still excellent quality and taste no matter if a stuck or not stuck tag before brewing!
Frankly, I’d much rather just dampen the tag a little, if needed, rather than the company have to use some kind of chemical and /or extra processing to keep it from sticking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This tea says caffeine free, but , it has licorice root which will elevate your blood pressure.
