Great tea but horrible packaging

The tea bags are not sturdy enough so when you separate the small paper from the tea bag, it’s so stuck that it breaks the entire tea bag. I hate drinking tea with specks of the passion tea herbs all floating in my mug. Please fix this packaging issue

I don’t event like tea or coffee ,for that matter, but I love TAZO’s Passion tea. It’s just made with water but it tastes so creamy and rich. I don’t know how they do it. I am addicted!

What the heck?

I have been drinking this tea for a number of years and have loved it. Starting in October of 2021 I noticed a change in the look of the tea bags. It appeared like the tea leaves had been bagged still wet and stained the bag. I also noticed a change in taste. Every box I have purchased since then has had the same issue and the taste isn't the same either. Very disappointed since this is one of my two favorite teas. May have to switch.

Favorite tea I dunno if a placebo but helps cramps

I bought some and it is beautiful and delicious (hot or iced) . It seems to help menstrual cycle cramps, I don’t know if it’s a real thing but helps me feel better.

Best tea Ive had so far

This is one of the best teas I've had in a while. All these one star reviews are made by people who clearly don't know how to store tea properly and the bag tearing problem others have been having is from them grabbing the bags aggressively. Aside from the uneducated and aggressive handling that others are blaming tazo for, this tea is amazing and my wife drinks this one with me and she hates teas.
I would recommend this to a friend!
