I was a little disappointed with using a tea pod in my Keurig, as it didn't seem to deliver the taste of using a tea bag. Just hope it gives the same health benefits.

I should have started drinking green tea a long time ago...No more upset stomach, mild caffeine buzz and documented in multiple blind tests to be good for body systems - cardio, gut, immune, etc. Never too late to learn and live!
