I like the taste. I love the idea that there are antioxidants in the tea. The tea is very smooth tasting, I only add Splenda. I don't think it helps me sleep, the 1st time I thought it did but after that I still had trouble sleeping. I can't drink regular green tea, hot green tea definitely keeps awake but I can drink this before 4p and it won't keep me awake. I don't take caffeine at all, I guess I'm too sensitive to it.
