Green tea is very good for you. very healthful. I love the taste and it's benefits. I also ran a little test today. I put this K-cup in make the tea hot. drank this. then later, filled a 16oz cup with ice, 1 tbs lemon juice, left this K-cup in ran brewed it threw and I could still taste the green tea with the lemon. pretty refreshing. even though the tea wasn't as dark the first cup there was green tea taste with the lemon. pretty good lemonade if I say so myself. :o) These Keurig machines are remarkable. we can do so much with them. I prefere the K-Cup one.
I really enjoy a good cup of tea and this really fits what I like.

Good part about this is you don't need artificial sweeteners to drink it. Most dietitians have recommended to end artificial sweeteners and this definitely is a good choice. I did however needed to put 1 or 2 packs in until I'm used to no sweetener at all. Other Teas and Coffee I have to put in 2-4 packs to hide the bitterness. This almost required no sweeteners at all. It may need flavor adjustment to some folks.
Pros: Not Bitter, Smooth Taste
Cons: Not Enough Flavor
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought to try out a box of tea k cups since i love tea drink it almost daily. The thing i like about this tea is that its easy to make and didn't taste bad. Things i didn't like was that it didn't have a pleasing aroma what so ever it almost made me not want to finish the cup and i really enjoy the aroma of green tea. Also it was a bit weak even though its green/white tea. Will finish the box but will not buy again.
Pros: Convenient
Cons: Bad smell, WEAK

Can barely taste the tea! It's akin to flavored water and that's being kind. I am very disappointed.
Cons: WEAK

This is good basic green tea. It doesn't compare to the green tea served at my Kung Fu school (which is made by a Chinese woman), but it's ready in a couple of minutes with minimal effort. Try it!
