They have caffeine little or no taste maybe if it was dark roast would be better. I ordered five boxes and I will get four away. I am very disappointed with it.

I have always used the my k cup reusable coffee filter and added my own coffee to it up until I bought these pods. These pods have way more flavor and are SO MUCH more convenient, without leaving the sludge and coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup! :)
