I was surprised to receive boxes that held only 12 of the little packages. I've ordered from you for years and have always gotten the boxes that held 24 of them. Any particular reason you cut me down? I can buy the package of 12 at the supermarket for less money.

It has a mild smooth taste, not strong and I get decaf because I can’t have caffeine. If you didn’t know it was decaf, you would think it was regular coffee.
