I tried this in stead of making my own for relief of arthris pain. Works just as good as homemade. Make an eight ounce cup and you are go to go.

I have been trying to find a tea that I could truly appreciate. Since I have given up sodas I had to find something that I could quickly adjust to and would fulfill my expectations.
I have tried so many different types of teas but found myself getting burnt out even with Starbucks. My daughter suggested that I try Keurig Hot Teas. She placed the order and once it arrived I tried it. I am not one that like all of these different flavors but I found one in particular that checked off all boxes and that tea is Lemon and Ginger. I did not think that I would enjoy this flavor, although I love lemon but I did not know how I would adjust to Ginger.
After drinking a cup, I am hooked. It is smooth and very fulfilling especially when I do not have an appetite. I find myself indulging at least five to six times a day.
My daughter loves a variety of Keurig flavored teas. If you are a tea lover or find yourself burnt out on other types of drinks or struggling with disassociating yourself from sugar, I recommend Keurig Teas and Coffees.
