Solid, looks good, but broke on first use

Arrived fully assembled, heavier than expected for a folding table. Wood look is nice.Set up opening first time was fine. But unable to fold one side back up, a piece broke off, and it’s unclear what the problem is preventing being able to close the legs. It’s too heavy for me to return.
