I wrote a lengthy review earlier so I hope this review gets through. These 2" box files had flimsy cardboard strips for the buyer to insert on the bottom. The cardboard strips were not very functional. I cut my own heavier strips and double stick taped them to the box bottoms. I would have returned the files but time was a factor so altered them to make them functional. Staples service was good - mailed in a timely fashion. Everything else was acceptable but I ordered them specifically for the box bottom and that was NOT satisfactory.

Pros: Sturdy great that they include tabs Cons: Can only use when expanded otherwise they drag on the bottom of the cabinet.

Better than I expected

I use classification folders and when they are in a regular hanging file folder they stick up too far in the file cabinet as they get full. In the box bottom they are contained nicely and it works well for me. I also like the reinforced bottom. I would recommend these.
